Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stonelands products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of skincare and wellness products.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. Please choose carefully and contact us if you need help selecting the right product.


Shipping & Delivery

We use Australia Post exclusively for all deliveries.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • Standard delivery times are approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location
  • You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped

We also offer limited local delivery to parts of the South Burnett region. If you're unsure whether your address is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.

📍 Please note: Our office is not open to the public, except on specially announced open days. All purchases are mailed or delivered — no in-person pickups are available at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses or issues within Australia Post’s network.
